  I did a quick stop in at babies r us in commack on 11/17/17 to buy a few things for my 6 month old son and when i came up to the register and everything was rung up i had given the cashier my gift card which i knew i had a good amount of money but wasnt sure how much so once she scanned the card and didnt give it back to me i figured i had no more money left in my gift card and i was rushing to leave but a few weeks later i had stopped in at the lake grove location returning something that i purchased on11/17/17 i pulled up my email receipt n i realized i had a balance remaining from my gift card i asked the representative to check my balance and she said its 0 i was like wth that cant be as i only used it once... called babies r us n went back in forth with them to figure out what happened so long story short The employee who thought she was smart that rung me up on 11/17/17 reedemed the remaining money on 11/18/17 !!! Please be very careful before handing in your gift cards make sure your aware of your balance.. get email receipts and always ask for your gift cards back !! What goes around comes back around!!! Again be very careful when you go in that store!!! I will never shop at that location ever again!!!
