  Austin knight not to many people around that will actually listen to you and care about your phone needs going on in your life. He is respectful and very caring and curtious when I need to buy something or add stuff for my phone I def go to him you can't beat honesty with good morals someone that is trusting in this phone buiness is important if you are going to Verizon store in commack definitely recommend you go to Austin knight aka the goat of Verizon commack .

  Michael was great he explained all the devices and was so helpful in transferring all my info which took over 3hours. He is an asset to this store and company. Great customer service and no attempting to sell me things that are unnecessary. I'll be coming back to this store in the future
